Shipping & Delivery

1. Where do you ship to? We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. How much does shipping cost?

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $99.00 and above.

  • A flat rate of $10.00 is applied to orders under $99.00.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Handling Time: 1 - 3 business days.

  • Transit Time: 3 - 9 business days.

  • Total Delivery Time: Typically 4 - 12 business days.

4. What is your daily order cut-off time? Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Returns & Refunds

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

6. Who pays for return shipping?

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or the product arrived damaged, we cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Personal Reasons: For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

7. Do you charge a restocking fee? No. We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for returned items.

8. How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5 - 7 business days.
