Refund and Returns Policy
At Cineku, we take pride in the quality of our pillows. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
1. Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. Our support team will provide you with the confirmed Return Authorization and the specific return shipping address. Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package without prior authorization.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Cineku will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
Customer Remorse: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, color preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for returned items.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at [email protected].
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following the steps above.
