At Cineku, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for all our customers. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and estimated delivery timelines to ensure you know exactly when to expect your order.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer straightforward shipping rates based on your order subtotal (before taxes):

3. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

All orders are handled with care and processed during our standard business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (PST).

    • Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing the same business day.

    • Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Handling Time: 1 - 3 business days. This includes picking, packing, and quality inspection.

4. Transit Time & Delivery Estimates

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Transit Time: 3 - 9 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 - 12 business days (Handling Time + Transit Time).

Please note: Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address Correction: We cannot change the shipping address once the package is in transit. Please double-check your details at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at [email protected] within 6 hours.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us promptly. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it can no longer be canceled.

7. Taxes and Duties

  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your specific shipping destination, as required by state law.

  • No Hidden Fees: For domestic U.S. orders, there are no additional customs duties or hidden import fees.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If the package is still missing, contact our support team, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
